WHAT SIZE BOARDS ARE THERE?
The most popular and widely used board size is the 4 foot boards. Approx 4' x 2' with 12" rise in the back of the board, with a 4" lip on the front. Also refered to as Regulation or Tournament size boards.
Chicago area players have adopted the 3' Tailgate Board. (3' x 2', 12" rise, and 4" lip / so angle is a little steeper) but play very comperative to the larger 4' board.
The 3 1/2' I consider a hybrid, is a good go between. A little easier to fit into some vehicles. Just don't have a case for them right now.
ARE YOUR BAGS DURABLE?
We have done a lot of research and development on the bags (or just played a bunch, one of the two lol). I have not experienced any of our Duck Cloth Canvas Bags splitting open, since we went solely to these in 2012. There is a chance that anything made of fabric will break under the right conditions (heck your pants may bust 3,2,1), but if there is a failure in one of our sems due to normal use - I will try and replace the bag asap.
WILL LIGHTS INTERFERE WITH GAME PLAY?
Absolutely not. The hole lights are mounted to underside of hole, and not on play surface. So the only way the bags would come in contact is a swoosh, in this case the bag was on its way in anyhow.
